Defining Calendar Events is a simple task with Ujima. The image belows demonstrates how dates are defined.

See the Martin Luther King Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day definitions to see how simple it is to define events/holidays which occur on the nth weekday of a particular month.

Use the +/- offset column to calculate event dates relative to another date such as Grandparents Day which occurs on the Sunday after Labor Day.

Use the Event Class selection to limit the event to appearing in only the calendar of those users authorized via the permissions system to view that event class.

Check the Language and Targeting checkbox to display additional options for event definitions. This allows for specifying the language for which the event is to be displayed (no selection defaults to displaying for all languages) and a page and section within the page to be displayed via clicking on the link created on the events calendar.
